Description

Directory connector is creating duplicate contacts after provisioning users in NME (Notes Migrator for Exchange)
Cause

Target Search Base DN is too narrow.

When the users are provisioned with NME the contact gets deleted from the OU it was created in and merged with the user account somewhere else in Active Directory outside of the Target Search Base DN
Resolution

RESOLUTION 1
Clear the target search base DN and let the directory connector search for the entire environment for duplicates.

Additional Information

If leaving the target base search DN blank is not an option, select the least restrictive size possible (the highest OU/Domain that user accounts would be under)
