Resolution
Right click on the connector and choose "Advanced Settings", then choose the "Exchange to Notes Attribute Mappings" Tab, then click "Add" and add the following:

Value &"~sn~" eq "" \? "~cn~" : "~sn~"&Then click "OK" and "OK" and then save and activate the new configuration and rerun the directory connect and verify the objects are now synced to Domino.
