Error LPX 00231 encountered when loading an XML procedure -
Description
When trying to load an XML program, the import fails and returns the following error:
"LPX-00231 invalid character 61 ('=') found in a Name or Nmtoken"
The following ORA errors may also be present in the error message:
ORA-20099
ORA-31011
ORA-19213
ORA-06512 -

This issue is caused by a product defect. -
