Error "ORA 06531: Reference to uninitialized collection" when no value is passed from IN parameter to procedure.
Description

When testing a procedure with collection as an IN parameter, this IN parameter may or may not have a value. On being passed to the procedure, the following error returns when no value is being passed to the parameter.
"ORA-06531: Reference to uninitialized collection"
Cause

Code Tester is not able to work with uninitialized nested tables and varrays.
