Cause
No access to Quest Code Tester Objects

RESOLUTION
Make sure Repository is installed and you have access to the Code Tester objects
Go to Database|Install or Upgrade Repository
Select the Schema you wish to install the Objects to and if you are connecting later via a different Schema you will need to have
'Create Public synonyms after installation' ticked on. (See screenshot attached) -
