Failing to generate type in database leads to failing compilation of test code. (4241600)

Having imported a Test Definition which was originally created in QCT version 2.5.1.849 into version 2.6.1.935, it is impossible to run/compile the test code.
The error shown is "PLS-00201: identifier 'QCT.Q##371490371_QNT' must be declared".

It is a Type in the QCT schema that fails to compile.

Removing the test, dropping the type from the database and reiterating the import several times still returns the same results.
Also after adjusting the type declaration so that it compiles, when running the test, it is overwritten with the faulty code.

WORKAROUND:
When using a 32-bit Oracle client, the issue is resolved
