Change Auditor 7.5 coordinator service is failing to start after upgrading (4379346)

After upgrading Change Auditor to version 7.5, the coordinator service is not starting with the error "Service Operation failed". From the Application logs in Event Viewer, you see this error: "An exception occurred in the service when handling the control request". Also, in the coordinator logs you don't see any error or warning lines, and it stops right after the "WCF Windows auth mode" step, referencing a 0x00 value with a Line and a position.

Identified product defect caused by new dependencies with AD Sites and Services that are not homogeneous across all target AD environments; however, it is a strong requirement by 7.5.

This has been identified as a defect logged by the product team with ID 546545. A fix is expected to be implemented in the next release of Change Auditor, which currently does not have an ETA for release.
