During ChangeAuditor Agent installation the following error occurs in the deployment screen:
"An unknown failure during deployment occurred. If this is the first attempt deploying to the remote server try again otherwise please contact support."
There are potentially incompatible applications running on the remote server.
Agent installation is blocked if the following applications are found:
-Pre-4.8 versions of ChangeAuditor
-SecurityManager
-Older versions of InTrust plug-ins:
ITAD: Pre-3.2 versions
ITADAM: Pre-3.2 versions
ITFA: Pre-2.0 version
ITEX: Pre-2.0 version
-ScriptLogic Active Administrator
-DirectoryLockdown
-EMC's EmailXtender
Manually uninstall the offending applications from the remote server if listed above before attempting Agent deployment again.
ChangeAuditor Agent is also incompatible with the following applications:
-NetVision Agent
-CommVault
-Symantec Enterprise Vault
