Title
Error - : win32 error(1619) while deploying to "Windows Domain Controller". This installation package could not be opened. -
Description
When attempting to deploy the Change Auditor Agent from the Client Deployment tab the install fails with following error
'Error - : win32 error(1619) while deploying to "Windows Domain Controller". This installation package could not be opened. Verify that the package exists and that you can access it. or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid windows installer package'
and the corresponding
'Warning - : ID: 13668 Time: 6/20/16 05:31:11.065 Level: WARN Thread: 26 Logger: ChangeAuditor.Sys.RemoteService File: Function: ChangeAuditor.Sys.RemoteService.Start Line: 0 Message: Sharing violation starting remote service DellRIS'

Cause
The user has been denied the List Folder/Read Data permissions to the installation folder. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND 1:
Check the access rights for the current user in the installation folder and ensure the User has the List Folder/Read Data permissions, and try the software install again.WORKAROUND 2: Manually install the AgentTo manually install the Change Auditor agent on a server,1. Copy the Agent installation file 'Quest Change Auditor Agent 6 (x64).msi' from the folder C:\Program Files\Quest\ChangeAuditor\Service on the Coordinator to the remote server in question.2. Open a command prompt on the remote server - run as administrator.3. Browse to the location of the 'QuestChange Auditor Agent x (x64).msi' and execute the .msi file.4. Confirm or select the correct Installation Name and complete the install.Please note: If you have a Change Auditor version prior to 6.9.5, any folder/registry paths referenced may contain a non-Quest branded path.
