When performing an Oracle database capture process, it exits by saying "no sessions to capture" even if there are sessions running.
Error: "There is no sessions captured, do you want to delete the capture automatically when you dose Capture Application?"

Possible mismatch with system time zone and the Oracle database server. -
Resolution
Manually match the system time zone with the Oracle database server.
