Error when connecting to MYSQL Database in Benchmark Factory -
Description
When testing the connection, the following error appears:
[MySQL][ODBC 3.51 Driver]Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: NO) -
Resolution
This error can appear if the BMF MYSQL service is not running.
If the error appears even when the service is running, it is recommended to uninstall and re-install Benchmark Factory, then re-test the connection.
