Cause
If you have an Oracle 11.2 client whether it is 32-bit or 64-bit then the issue is being caused by the Oracle ODBC driver being used to make the connecttion to the Oracle Benchmark Factory Repository you have setup.

Resolution
This is a known issue and we are discussing with Oracle if there is a patch for this problem. For now please use the Microsoft for Oracle ODBC driver for your Repository connection.
