Description
In the Run Reports for a job, the following Excel Export Options are checked.
"Details for each User Load | Distribution Results"
When generating the Excel report, the following error is thrown.
"Unknown error. Please make sure Microsoft Excel is installed and running properly."

Resolution
The Distribution Result may generate over 100000 rows Distribution data in your result and according to Excel's limitation, a worksheet's limit is 65536 rows by 256 columns. Export into Excel without selecting "Distribution Results" in Excel Export Option. -
