Loading scenario causes "COM failed to create object, contact your software vendor."
Description

User tries to select a Load Scenario. When user clicks on "Next" button the following error occurs.

"COM failed to create object, contact your software vendor."
Resolution

Please install the Microsoft Soft SQL Server client software.
