Assuming you are using the MySQL repository database you can do the following.
1) Shutdown the BMF Console and any other BMF applications
2) Shutdown the BMFMySQL service
3) The data is stored in the following directory (or simular depending on your OS) C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Quest Software\BMF\Repository\MySQL\data. You will need to backup the "bfactory" directory by zipping up the entire directory.
4) After the zip is created, either remove all files in the bfactory directory or delete and then re-create it.
(You may need to rebooted Windows before you can delete or rename bfactory directory)
5) Restart the BMFMySQL service
6) Start the BMF Console. It will give you a warning that the repository tables do not exist, say yes to create them.
