Error, "[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver]Indicator variable required but not supplied" in TPC-E (4227289)

I'm getting an ODBC errors on the TPC-E test which I ran for 1000 users of a scale of 30. I'm using the 64-bit version of Benchmark Factory.

In the Event Logs I get:

Activation context generation failed for "C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Benchmark Factory for Databases\bin\BFRes.dll".Error in manifest or policy file "C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Benchmark Factory for Databases\bin\BFRes.dll" on line 1. Invalid Xml syntax.

However during the run, I get the following ODBC error:
