EV Export Module logs an error: An internal failure occurred. Internal Error: 0x8004010f (4307047)

Issue
The EV Export Module may log the following error:

at KVS.EnterpriseVault.Interop.IItem.Get(Int32 DetailLevel)
at ArchiveShuttle.Module.EVExportModule.ItemContentRetrievers.ContentRetrieverBase.FetchItem(IItem item, Int32 detailLevel)
at ArchiveShuttle.Module.EVExportModule.ItemContentRetrievers.JournalNativeContentRetriever.FetchItem(IItem item)
at ArchiveShuttle.Module.EVExportModule.ItemContentRetrievers.ContentRetrieverBase.Process(EVArchive archive, Int32 commandId, Int32 mappingId, EVExportResult item, String exportPathBase)

Solution
Exchange Mailbox Archive
If the error occurs for an Exchange Mailbox Archive you should:
– Try to download the item via Download link on the Failed Item screen
– Try to download it with SaveSet Fetcher (ask Support about it)
– Try to download it with EVSVR
– Do DTRACE on StorageOnlineOPNS and investigate the issue with Veritas
Exchange Journal Archive
If the error occurs for an Exchange Journal Archive you should:
– Try to download the item via Download link on the Failed Item screen
– Try to download it with SaveSet Fetcher (ask Support about it)
– Do DTRACE on StorageOnlineOPNS and investigate the issue with Veritas
– Do an upgrade to EV 11 CU 2
Note: EVSVR does not give the P1 & P2 items for journal item, therefore it cannot be used to get the item from the archive
This is currently under investigation.
