Stage 2 command AssignArchive fails (4301309)

Overview

The Stage 2 command, AssignArchive may fail with the following entries in the TRACE-enabled EV Provisioning module log file:

It indicates, that

• the user is not in the correct Enterprise Vault provisioning group in the target environment, or
• incorrect user is assigned to the EV archive in the target environment.

Solution

1. Add the user to the appropriate provisioning group, and run the provisioning task in the Enterprise Vault target environment.
2. Check, e.g. via Archive Shuttle Bulk Mapping screen, if the correct user in the target environment/domain is assigned to the EV archive in the target.
