Issue
The workflow may start to loop when there are DisableMailbox and DisableOrphanedArchive commands in one workflow.
Solution
DisableMailbox and DisableOrphanedArchive are not meant to be executed in the same workflow, this is not supported and a conflict is occurring in Stage 2. One or the command should be removed from the workflow.
