One or more mailboxes need to be purged from Metalogix Archive Manager
Mailboxes in Metalogix Archive Manager can only be purged if all data associated with that mailbox is purged from the archive first. For messages to be purged from the archive they must meet two criteria:
To mark messages for deletion in the archive you can use the Advanced Search in the Metalogix Archive Manager console to perform a search for the items. After getting your search results, select all the items and right click. Choose the option for Mark for Deletion.
To have Archive Manager purge data from the archive which is past the retention time and marked for deletion you need to run a Delete job. To do this, use the Jobs tab in Archive Manager. If you already have a delete job you can right click on it and select Start Now to run the job immediately. If a delete job has not been created yet, right click in the left pane and select New Job. Select Delete job for the type and click OK to create the job. More information about jobs for Metalogix Archive Manager can be found in the Archive Manager Administration manual.
To purge a mailbox from Metalogix Archive Manager, open the Address Book Manager and select the Mailboxes tab.
Right click the mailbox you need to purge, go to Tasks, and select Purge Mailbox.
If you receive an error that the mailbox still contains documents, you will need to purge the remaining messages for the mailbox first.
If you need to purge data that has not reached their retention time yet, you can change the retention time and mark these items for deletion using ArchiveWeb.
