When attempting to open archived messages in Outlook an error is produced which states:
The following error was returned from the server:
First server returned: Error: The server 'http://SERVERNAME' is not accessible
Please contact your administrator
The workstation cannot reach the archive server due to one of the following reasons:
Note: This is not an error message from Metalogix Archive Manager but actually an error from Outlook stating it could not reach the server. This does not indicate a problem with the software but instead a configuration or network problem
If the server name is incorrect you can correct this by re-publishing forms for Metalogix Archive Manager

If the server name is correct we suggest trying the following steps to troubleshoot
Verify the archive server is online
Verify you can ping the archive server from the workstation and the name resolves to the correct IP address
Verify there are no firewall rules blocking communications between the workstation and the archive server
