The ApexSQL Source Control Action center is NOT loading in SSMS 2019 -
Resolution
In order to resolve the issue, we suggest you perform the following:
1. Unlink all databases linked within the tool,
2. Uninstall ApexSQL Source Control from the Control panel/Add or remove utility
3. Install ApexSQL Source Control from the toolkit installer you have used before
4. Link all databases on your side
5. Start the Action Center
