ApexSQL Fundamentals “subscription” bundle not offering a choice for SSMS version add-in integration in installation step for bellow SSMS 17 versions -
Resolution
ApexSQL Fundamentals add-ins that are part of “subscription” release are not officially supporting SSMS 2012/2014/2016, and only officially support the current last two SSMS 2017/2018 versions.
To resolve the issue, please install SSMS 2017 or above version
