The difference viewer is showing inconsistence in the same scripts between source and target database (4249637)

The difference viewer is showing inconsistency in the same scripts between source and target database. The text in compared scripts is incorrect.  Line alignment between source and destination database isn’t correct.

This issue appears because the ignore White space option is checked.

WORKAROUND

-          In the Project window choose two databases for comparison and synchronization

-          Go to the Options tab in the Project window

-          Go under the Attributes for script-based objects section and uncheck the White space option
