If you upgraded to AA 8.8.3.11, templates are not working as expected.
When you did upgrade, deleted the templates and you had created (you had exports saved), ran the upgrade, imported your saved templates, and then applied them to the servers. Those templates went into this folder on import:
C:\ProgramData\Quest\Active Administrator\Share\DACache\Templates
After the upgrade completed and the templates were imported, you started seeing alerts you should not see.
Restarted the agent service and eventually rebooted the server. You still getting alerts that should not be getting based on the settings from the template.
We have confirmed that this is a defect where the code applying the templates is not reading from the correct directory. This is similar to the edit defect where the edit command was looking in the incorrect directory. We have created a defect to have this addressed in a future version of Active Administrator. The defect ID is 594622.
