After patching servers and rebooting the AA server... Notifications are not working.
Restart the AA notification service on the Active Administrator server.
If the AA services becomes available before the SQL server is ready, then it will fail to connect properly and notifications may not work correctly.
If this situation happens frequently, change the AA notification to start delayed.
