Description

Audit reports incorrectly showing the domain name rather than the user name within the Action Text field.
Cause

Corrupted or missing event definitions in the database.
Resolution
Re-import the event definitions by following the steps below:
- Open the Active Administrator Console
- Expand Auditing & Alerting | Event Definitions
- Click the Import button at the top of the window
- Navigate to the Active Administrator Server installation folder in the following path:
Program Files\Quest\Active Administrator\Server
- Select the file EventDefinitions.edx and click Open
- Click Import
Once the import has completed, restart the Active Administrator Console and verify events are appearing correctly in the audit reports. If not, restart the audit agents.
