The CSRs Tab

This tab contains a list of all the CSRs associated with the project. It functions the same way as the CSR list on the Support Console. To open a CSR, double-click on it, or select it and click Open CSR button, or right-click on it and in the pop-up menu select Open CSR.

You can also associate a CSR to a project from the CSR window

You can also associate a CSR to a project by dragging and dropping it from the Support Console when the Enable drag and drop from console check box is selected in the Project window.

You can associate a CSR with only one project. Stat displays an error message box when you try to associate a CSR that’s already associated with another project.
