About this release

Migrator for Notes to SharePoint allows organizations to safely and effectively migrate HCL Notes® (previously Lotus Notes®), Domino®, QuickPlace®, Quickr®, or Domino.Doc application data to Microsoft SharePoint or SQL Server®.

Migrator for Notes to SharePoint provides "Point and click" migration of HCL Notes® (previously Lotus Notes®), QuickPlace®/Quickr®, or Domino®.Doc documents to SharePoint Lists, Libraries and InfoPath® Form Libraries. This simple but powerful tool makes it easy for technical or non-technical users to select data from a Lotus data source, define any desired data mapping rules, and write the data out to SharePoint. Information technology professionals can take advantage of the tool's many features to perform enterprise-level migration projects.

The tool utilizes the HCL Notes® Application Programming Interface (API) to access source data for migration and as such data processing is dependent on the supportability of the API from the vendor (HCL). In cases where source system versions or data structures have limited API support from the vendor updates to the source data, outside the scope of the tool, may be required before migration or the tool may have limited data access capacity for migration.

Migrator for Notes to SharePoint 7.4.1 is a major release with new features and functionality. See New features and Resolved issues.

Fixed FileNotFound error while migrating to SharePoint online using Single SignOn Authentication method when a mapping from Category to Folder is created in the Map Data tab -> Field Mappings section.

 

Fixed FileNotFound error while creating a Document Set while migrating to SharePoint online using Single SignOn Authentication method.

 

Fixed User Mapping issue where wrong user's information is being shown to the end user in some cases.
