If the Evolve Database connection is using Trusted Mode, ensure that users running the IIS application pool have access to the database.
There are no additional database requirements for running Evolve Web Platform.

For end-users the only requirements are for internet browser software. The following are supported:
Google Chrome v116+
Firefox v117+
Microsoft Edge v116+
If you plan to use Automatic Logon for users to log on to Evolve, please see Appendix F – Enabling Automatic logon with Active Directory Authentication - Client Machines for details on specific settings required for the browsers.
