Title
Starting PSM session returns "Error: Liveconnect call for Applet ID" error -
Description
When starting a PSM session in 2.5.91x, the error "Error: Liveconnect call for Applet ID x is not allowed in this JVM instance" is returned.

Cause
Starting with version 2.5.910 the Java jar manifest was modified to be compatible with new browser/Java security requirements.
From 2.5.910 Java 7 is required for the PSM session applet. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND
In the Java Control Panel, select the "Advanced" tab, navigate to the "Mixed code" settings.
Select "Disable verification (not recommended)"As a permanent resolution use Java version 7 update 45 or above on the workstation. For more information see Knowledge Article 119159, Required Java versions and settings for PSM Sessions with TPAM 2.5.910 and above.
