SQLcl gives error no ocijdbc21 in java.library.path when Executed via SQL*Plus -
Description
Toad SQL*Plus executable is setup to call sql.exe (sqlcl), so that when this option is used, Toad calls sqlcl instead.
This was working while using version 23.4, but after installing version 24.2 we got the error "no ocijdbc21 in java.library.path" when connecting to the database.
