Getting error "Parameter 'config_id' not found" when checking out an object and adding a comment which includes the character '
Description

Steps to reproduce the error:

1.Configure Team Coding in Toad (no need to add a VCS provider)
2.Open Team Coding Manager : View | Team Coding Manager
3.Select an object , R-click and select "Check-Out"
5.Add a comment that includes the character ' .For example: That's it

The following error occurs:
Parameter 'config_id' not found.
Resolution

WORKAROUND

Do not add that character at the comments field

Issue fixed in version 13. The latest version of Toad for Oracle can be downloaded here .
