Explain plan window does not display content properly -
Description
After upgrading to version 12.10, explain plan window displayed from session browser or editor is not displaying it's content properly, like some parts of it are not re drawed after changing session / sql. To fix it it is necessary to move the mouse pointer over these areas, or scroll the content using scrollbar on the right .
This only happens if the explain plan is longer than window height.
