Alert log viewer ERROR: UTL_FILE failed with "ORA-29283" on RAC environment -
Description
Using TOAD's alert log viewer gets the following error: UTL_FILE failed with ORA-29283 trying to open logs files.
These are the steps taken:1. Select Database | Diagnose | Alert Log Viewer.
2. Select a history length in the Amount to load field.
3. Click Green Triangle.
