Data collection scheduler property

On the navigation panel, under Dashboards, click Administration > Agents > Agent Status.

Locate the Data Collection Scheduler properties.

Click the Edit button to the right of Collector Config. A dialog box opens.
Collector Name. Contains the name of the collector. Collector names are predefined by the MQ Agent and should not be changed.
Default Collection Interval. Type the length of the default collection interval.
Time Unit. Type the time unit for measuring the default collection interval: milliseconds, seconds, minutes, hours, or days.
Fast-Mode Collection Interval, Fast-Mode Time Unit, and Fast-Mode Max Count. These values are related to the operation in fast mode that is currently not supported by the cartridge. Therefore, leave these fields blank.

Click Save Changes in the dialog box. The dialog box closes.
Click Back to Agent Status and activate the MQ Agent, as described in Activating MQ Agent instances and starting data collection .

Activating MQ Agent instances and starting data collection

The Agent Operation dialog box opens, showing the status of the activation process. A green check mark in the Status column indicates a successful activation.

In the Agent Operation dialog box, click OK.
The Agent Operation dialog box closes and the Agent Status dashboard refreshes. The Activated and Collecting Data icons in the MQ Agent row indicate that the agent activation was successful.
