Known issues

Known issues

The following is a list of issues known to exist at the time of this release. To review known issues for the installed components, see the release notes for each component (see New in this release).

Defect ID

Known Issue

VFOG-13320

The FVE/Foglight Evolve upgrade completes successfully but the installation log contains shortcut creation failures.

VFOG-13442

License usage calculation is incorrect when both FVE and Foglight Evolve license are installed.

VFOG-13497

When upgrading Foglight Evolve from FVE 8.8.5 or 8.8, an error will show up when installing core license on FMS.
Workaround: The error has no impact on license installation. If you do not want the error to show up, uninstall the cartridge FVE-Promotion-5.7.7 before installing core license on FMS.

- Foglight may show different cost information than what is reported on Azure portal. This is because Foglight collects cost information on a fixed delay (default: 2 days) but Azure is re-rating the data cost for the previous month at the beginning of a new month and only finalizes the information by the 6th of the following month.
