Connection pool retry logic not working
Description

When a database restarts, all existing connections of a connection pool are invalidated. Post that, a connection pool should be "flushed"

This should help recreating all connection again. This function is not correctly working for non StatDb connections like EBS or PS connections.

Resolution

Fixed included in Stat 7.0.1
