When trying to do a Test Connection, the error: 'Server Error Returned: 503' is shown
Description

The error message: 'Server Error Returned: 503' appears when trying to do a test connection of file servers and / or database test connect
Resolution

Please ensure the /etc/hosts file on the client machine is correct with the relevant IP addresses to the hostnames which are defined within the file.
