STAT 7.0 Client raises ckeditor error while opening or creating new CSR (4378941)

In Stat 7.0 client, a ckeditor error is raised while trying to open or create a new CSR.

It has been identified as a defect, STAT-6329, which is targeted for the next Stat 70 version. 

Solution: Apply one of the workarounds below.

Workaround 1:

Download and use the new ckeditor.html file attached, which has the following meta tag at line 6:

    <meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=edge" />

Note: Using this workaround, make sure that the RemoteWebControl option is removed from stat.ini 

Workaround 2:

1. Add RemoteWebControl=yes in stat.ini
2. Download the attached custom.stat.csrf.properties file in the SCA machine
3. Add this Java argument to the standalone.conf.bat or standalone.conf file -Dstat.csrf.config=<path file location>
4. Check the image attached as an example
5. Bounce the SCA and re-launch the Stat Client.
