Received the following error during Quest SQL Optimizer for Oracle installation:
The installation of component Microsoft .Net Framework v2.0 has failed.
Product affected by this failure are;
Quest SQL Optimizer for Oracle

The installation will now abort.
Both NET Framework 1.1 and .NET Framework 2.0 are required.
Download and install NET Framework 1.1 and .NET Framework 2.0. They're available to be downloaded through Microsoft website.
