Dual monitor works fine in a dual monitor environment, but when launching SQL NAV in a single monitor shows in taskbar but not visible from screen.
Workaround:
1. Launch SQL NAV
2. Press (ALT+SPACE) + R (This restores the window if it is maximized; if not, nothing will happen.)
3. Press (ALT+SPACE) + M
4. Use arrow keys to move the window to the primary display. e.g. If the second monitor was on the right, hold down the left arrow key until SQL NAV slides onto the primary display.
5. Press ENTER.
