The license key cannot be registered after installation of the commercial version of SQL Navigator. The OK button of the authorization window is grayed out after inputting the Site Message, or the Site Message is not even visible to enter
Site Message not entered in correctly or incorrect key entered.
When entering the Site Message keep in mind that it is both case and space sensitive. Please enter the message exactly as it is shown in the License e-mail you received.
If you do not have a Site Message or the key appears to be incorrect, contact the Licensing Department at license@quest.com to request the key details
Newer license keys may not work with SQL Navigator 3.X.
