How do you configure Spotlight with your mail server information?
The following steps will configure Spotlight with your mail server info.
1. Click the 'Configure | Diagnostic Server' from the Spotlight Client
2. Under 'Configure Diagnostic Server' click on 'Mail server'
Note: Prior to v11.6, look for 'Configure the mail server used by the Diagnostic Server'
3. Click on the 'Configure Mail Server' button
4. Enter your mail server info into the 'SMTP server' field and check 'My server requires authentication' if needed
Note: Under 'User information,' you need to at least put in a user defined 'Name'
