Cause
This alarm action is no longer supported due deprecation of Spotlight Cloud feature. For additional details see Product Notification

Resolution
As workaround send alarm via SMS text messages:
- Use Alarm Actions to create new rules with 'Send email to' action. (Ensure the email server settings are properly configured and tested.)
- For email recipient field, enter the appropriate mobile provider's email address. See service provider listing: Send a Text Message.
