In Tuning |Memory Management |Total Oracle Memory it is not possible to enter a 6 digits number.
Resolution

WORKAROUND
Please copy the 6 digits number to this input box and will not be limited.
STATUS
Issue fixed in version 10.3.1. The latest version of Spotlight on Oracle can be downloaded at: https://support.quest.com/spotlight-on-oracle/download-new-releases
