Cleanup Phase Overview

1. Timing of Cleanup Phase: The Cleanup phase typically occurs approximately two months after all Device Cutovers have been completed. During this phase, it is essential to remove all permissions from the source domain and uninstall the Active Directory agents from all devices.

2. Pre-Cleanup Checks: Before initiating the Cleanup job, it is recommended to disable SID filtering, quarantine, and trust (if applicable) to ensure there are no issues with application access from the target domain to the source domain.

3. Archiving Project Components: Archive all relevant project components, including agents and environments, as part of the final cleanup.

4. Project Deletion: If applicable, delete the project. Please note that the deletion process is a "soft-delete," which marks objects in the backend SQL database for deletion. After 30 days, the deletion will become permanent.
