Check License is Greyed out
in this Example the Source Teams license was revoked for the Migration Admin account. Which also resulted in the inability to run any Discovery

Resolution
The following are the requirements to be able to migrate Teams using ODM.
Ensure the following consents are granted/updated in source and target tenant:
Note: Use the migration accounts to grant consent, Never use a personal account for teams migrations.
* Core - Basic
* Migration - Basic
* Migration - Sharepoint - Full
* Migration - Teams - Full
The account used to grant the consent needs a valid Teams License assigned, ODM requires a full MS Team license and will not work with Teams Exploratory licenses. Also, please make sure you have access at least one time on that account Teams and OneNote.If the Teams license check is not passing, run the following PowerShell to confirm the admin account used to grant consent has "TeamspaceAPI" enabled.The expected result is "2022-01-05 5:37:00 PM Enabled TeamspaceAPI 57ff2da0-773e-42df-b2af-ffb7a2317929"
