Matching task Error: "Resource 'name@domain.com' does not exist or one of its queried reference-property objects are not present" -
Description
You may receive the following error when running a matching task:
"Resource 'name@domain.com' does not exist or one of its queried reference-property objects are not present." -
Cause
The following are causes known to generate the error.
- The Azure AD object no longer exists in the environment
- The Azure AD object has had their license removed or is now disabled
- A mapping file is being used and there is a typo in the column heading or the object name/id
- Possible replication delay if the UPN was changed recently

Resolution
- Verify the Azure AD objects exists and is not deleted, unlicensed, or is disabled.
- If a mapping file is being used, ensure there are no typos in the column heading of object name/id
- Wait a few hours/a day and then repeat what you had done before including removing the accounts from the project, re-discovering them, and re-mapping from File (if you are using a mapping file),

- If a Map file is being used, attach a copy to the case
