Unable to backup database using virtual SQL client.
Backup job fails with “The system cannot find the file specified”.

Cluster IP address used and not listener IP address as recommended when configuring AlwaysOn Availability Group or Failover Clustering of SQL Server
Recreate virtual client for AlwaysOn Availability Group or Failover Clustering of SQL Servers using listener IP address.
